You set the payout you want from every visit, and you can set it per day of the week. TrainRove's service fee is paid by the visitor on top of your payout — it is not deducted from it.

TrainRove access hours are separate from your opening hours. Set daily caps, booking windows, blackout dates, age minimums, and who is allowed to buy.
Get paid automatically
Connect your own Stripe account once. Each sale routes your payout straight to that account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on your account's payout schedule.
No new front-desk hardware
Visitors arrive with a digital pass. Your team scans the QR with any phone or tablet, or looks the pass up in Front Desk Mode on a computer you already have.

How much does TrainRove cost?
$0 setup and $0 monthly, with no long-term contract. TrainRove earns a service fee that the visitor pays on top of your payout.
Do I control my pass pricing?
Yes. You set the payout you want per visit, and you can vary it by day of the week. The customer always sees the full price before checkout.
How do I get paid?
Through your own Stripe account, connected from your dashboard. Payouts to your bank follow the schedule on your Stripe account.
Can I limit when visitors come, and how many?
Yes. Set TrainRove access hours separately from your opening hours, plus daily caps, blackout dates, booking windows and age minimums.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Any phone, tablet or computer your team already uses works for scanning or looking up a pass.
What happens at the front desk?
The visitor shows their pass. Your team scans it or enters the code, and TrainRove shows the live status — valid, already used, expired, or not valid for your gym — then records the check-in.
Can I pause TrainRove access?
Yes. Pause from your dashboard at any time. Paused gyms stop selling new passes, and your listing follows TrainRove's published pause visibility policy.
Does TrainRove process my memberships?
No. TrainRove can surface your membership offer and flag likely prospects, but membership signup and billing remain directly between you and the customer.
