Terms of Service

1. What TrainRove is
TrainRove is a marketplace that lets you buy a one-time, single-day pass to an independent gym. TrainRove does not own or operate the gyms listed and is not a party to the relationship between you and the gym beyond facilitating your pass.
2. One-time purchases
Every pass is a single purchase for a single day at a single gym. There are no memberships, subscriptions, credits, tokens or recurring charges. Nothing renews automatically.
3. Prices and fees
The total shown at checkout includes the gym's day rate and the TrainRove service fee. That total is what you pay.
4. Access and gym rules
Access is limited to the TrainRove access window shown on the gym's profile. You must follow the gym's rules, minimum age and any waiver it requires at the door.
5. Refunds and visitor protection
If you are denied access, or the gym is closed during your access window, report it within 24 hours and TrainRove will review and, where appropriate, refund your pass.
6. Conduct
Passes are personal and non-transferable. Misuse, fraudulent reports or abusive behaviour may result in account suspension.
7. Liability
Exercise carries inherent risk. TrainRove is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of a gym. Gyms remain responsible for their own premises and staff.
8. Changes
TrainRove may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
