Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), passes you buy, favourites and reviews you create, and basic usage analytics such as searches and page views.
Location
If you choose “Use my location” we use your device location only to sort nearby gyms. We do not store it.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. TrainRove never stores full card numbers.
Sharing with gyms
When you buy a pass, the gym sees your name and pass details so it can check you in. Reviews show the name you choose.
Your choices
You can update your profile, delete favourites, and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
