Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email), passes you buy, favourites and reviews you create, and basic usage analytics such as searches and page views.
Location
If you choose “Use my location” we use your device location only to sort nearby gyms. We do not store it.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. TrainRove never stores full card numbers.
Sharing with gyms
When you buy a pass, the gym sees your name and pass details so it can check you in. Reviews show the name you choose.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure how people find TrainRove and whether our ads lead to gym owner applications. These tools receive page views and a small number of non-personal events (for example that a gym application was submitted, how many locations it covered, and the campaign that brought the visitor). When a gym owner joins our Founding Gym list, our server also reports that sign-up to Meta (Conversions API) together with Meta's browser cookies, the Facebook click ID, your IP address and browser type so Meta can match it to the ad and count it once. If you have explicitly accepted advertising cookies, we also include a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your email; otherwise no email is sent. We do not send names, phone numbers, payment, waiver or account details. Where local law requires consent, these tools only run after you accept, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your choices
You can update your profile, delete favourites, and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
